About alphabetical order: We are following the common practice of disregarding such words as "a,""an," "the" and their non-English equivalents when settting alphabetical order in these lists. For example, a book such as A Place to Stand would be alphabetically ordered under "P" rather than "A," and a magazine such as De Nationale Hitparade would be under "N" rather than "D."
