The Board of Trustees of the Asbury Park Public Library is the governing body of the library. The Board meets on the last Thursday of the month (except where noted below) at 5:30 pm. Meetings are held at the library in the Bradley Room. Agendas and minutes are posted below. 48-hour notices, which give official notice of changes in the meeting schedule, will be posted to the library's homepage.

The Board of Trustees of the Asbury Park Public Library announce that for the year 2026 their regular scheduled meetings will be held on the following dates in the Bradley Room of the library at 5:30 P.M.

Notices required by law will be sent to the Coaster and the Asbury Park Press.  These notices will also be posted on the public bulletin board at the library and on the city and library websites. Persons who want to receive copies of notices required by law, including the Annual Notice and the 48-Hour Notices, which give official notice of changes in the meeting schedule, can be placed on the mailing list therefore and receive them by mail or by e-mail.
