The Asbury Park Public Library (APPL) provides a limited number of Asbury Park

beach badges for circulation to APPL library card holders. These badges have been

donated to the library by AP Community Beach Badge Fundraiser.

• The library offers both adult and teen badges (children ages 12 and under are permitted on the beach for free). 

• Beach badges are available to Asbury Park resident card holders only.

• Eligible patrons may checkout a maximum of two (2) beach badges at one time.

• Beach badges can be borrowed for four (4) days.

• Beach badges can not be renewed or placed on hold.

• Beach badges must be returned inside the library; they can not be placed in the bookdrop.
